Conference delegates, whether employees, customers, suppliers or from the media, will experience a truly memorable event if held at Nuthurst Grange. Whether you are based near Solihull and just visit for the day, or come from further afield and require accommodation, we provide the complete conference experience. For the busy executive, we even have facilities for arriving by helicopter, landing on our own helipad.


Our conference facilities include the latest audio visual aids, including a 75" Hitachi Cambridge Interactive Whiteboard. When combined with a laptop and a data projector, this takes interactive presentations to a new level.


Nuthurst Grange has 3 meeting/conference rooms available for hire. These can be configured in a number of ways to create seating capacities to suit every style of meeting or conference:

Hopwood conference suite: Min 2, max 10 people

Earlswood conference suite:
Boardroom style: min 10, max 18
Theatre style: min 10, max 35

Packwood conference suite:
Boardroom style: min 20, max 40
Theatre style: min 40, max 80
U-shaped configuration: min 18, max 30

All three conference suites can be inter-connected.


Nuthurst Grange's Conference Manager will attend to your meeting / conference needs before and on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. In addition to hosting conferences and meetings, drawing on the expertise we use to stage weddings which are truly special and memorable events, we are also able to arrange and host a variety of corporate business events, press launches, product launches etc. We can help in developing themes, organising props, lighting, music etc to create a memorable and original event with real impact.
