Pestilence, Intrigue and Murder
Talk starts at 2.00pm
Chesterfield author Ian Morgan has a specialist knowledge of crime and punishment from times past.
This illustrated talk explores how plague ravaged the village of Eyam and the surrounding area.
It tells the story of the main characters affected by the hopelessness of the plague and the terrifying experiences of coping with murder and intrigue.
This talk brings to life those days when Kingdoms were won and history was changes simply by surviving.
This event is held in collaboration with Museum§heffield.
