Darcy House
April 2008 saw the Mayor of Rotherham open Aston Hall Hotel’s new luxury development in style. The red brick Victorian building called Darcy House, holds 6 exclusive, en-suite rooms and features a magnificent, fully restored glass roof that spans the length of the building.
Taking its name from Lord Darcy, who lived at Aston Hall from 1545, hotel rooms at Darcy House all have flat screen LCD TVs with integrated DVD players, controlled mood lighting and internet connection.
The bathrooms are also the epitome of luxury, with walk-in wet room showers; some hotel rooms also feature sculptural, free-standing baths.
