I first had Serena cut my hair and my daughters a few years ago now. We have been to 2 of her recent places of work, and now visit her at her own salon. She makes having my hair styled so simple. I just tell her to do what she thinks will suit me, and i am always very happy with the result. Management and staff are at all times very friendly and obligeing.

Serena has cut my hair for 2 years including both my sons and wife. She makes me look like a 20 year old which is no mean feat considering I am 41. All the staff are friendly and very professional, making the haircutting experience a pleasure.

I have been going to Rume for nearly a year. The staff are so friendly & you are never rushed, they take the time to find out precisely what you want, & the result is truly what you asked them to do. I would recomend them to anyone, as you know the cut on anyones hair is the most important thing, if it is cut properly your hair will always look good, these girls know what they are doing. (they are the best)

Since it changed hands, you can see the new owners, Serena and Lisa are committed to improving the business and have a very proffessional attitude whilst making you feel special. Been using this salon for nearly a year now.And since going there I always get comments on how good my hair looks. The salon is very effieciently run & all the staff are friendly & helpful. I have recently started using the beauty treatments & found the beautician to be really informative on how to keep my skin glowing. I really cannot say enough good things about the staff & salon in general & would recommend it to anyone!!

Now all my family go to Rume for amazing treatments from top to toe! The massage chairs are just fab, having my body and head massaged at ther same time as my hair is being washed is truely O.....c...!! Then with a fresh coffee or glass of wine and a bar of chocolate I relax and let Rumes magical ladies pamper me. My one moan is that I sometimes have to wait for an appointment (If youʼre reading this and thinking of giving Rume a go - then book now, dont delay they are already getting full for Christmas!!) Having Rumes girls cut my hair and treat my body is a wonderful experience, Iʼm glad when my hair has grown so that I can return for another dose of proffesional pampering. Give them a try, you owe yourself a major treat. See you soon girls xx

Having your hair cut is like going to the dentist or doctors you put your trust in there proffesional opinion. When I visit Rume i have an idea in my head of what hair style I like and when I come out I look even better I am always 100% happy. I love the feeling of relaxation and comfort when you are inside the shop itʼs really homely.

I have been using the rume for well over a year now and if Iʼam honest I have used a couple of other saloons when itʼs not been possible to get in at rume, but each time this has proven to be dissappointing because I have either not been happy with the service the cut or the price. Which in my opinion is where rume makes it the cut above the rest, with there very friendly helpful service, the quality of skill the staff possess by which I mean the ability to listen to what you want done and then achieve it every time supperb! and when your finished a bill that doesnʼt leave you short of pocket. As of next week I am also trying one of the hollistic treatments on offer to ale my bad back great stuff ladyʼs keep it up. James

From the minute you walk through the door at Rume you feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Serena cuts and styles my hair. For me, having trust in my hairdresser is very important, if I want a new style I want my hairdresser to be honest and tell me if they think it will work or not. With Serena I know I will get this. She is very experienced, friendly and clearly knows her stuff. My 15 year old son has also visited Rume and had his hair cut by Brooke. She did a great job and he was very impressed. As image is a big thing at 15 I think his reaction speaks for itself. As for the Therapy Rume - I have recently received a treatment of Reflexology, this was amazing. Lisa was very friendly and easy to talk to, she made me feel at ease and kept me informed of what she was doing. I would recommend the Therapy Rume to anyone who needs to de-stress or even someone who just deserves to be pampered. I can honestly say that I have had the full Rume Experience and itʼs great!

Rume is a wicked place to get your hair cut. I know they do other treatments there but I only go to get my haircut by Serena. Its a great place , the staff are super friendly. I would recommend it to anyone, which i already have done and they also said it was great. Anyone reading this should go along to Rume and you will understand. For bloke wanting a good haircut its great.

Serina has cut and coloured my hair now for 4 years and I wouldnt go any were elsa. I like to change my hair style all the time and Serinaʼs advise is alway good. I especially enjoy the massage chair while I am having my hair washed. I always feel pampered and glamorous when I leave.

It is fantastic to have a hair dresser you can rely on to make you feel a million times better when you leave the salon than when you arrived. I have my hair styled by Serena who cuts hair beautifully. The Rume experience is so much more than just having a haircut - from the friendly staff, the massage chairs and the great cutting and colouring they really make you feel good about yourself. There is also a beauty therapy room which has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is the perfect escape for a massage. Go on and indulge yourself - I really recommend Rume in Dronfield bootom for some super pampering.

I Have been going to Rume for 20 years! I work on stage and it is important to me as "the blonde one" in an Abba tribute band for my hair to look its very best. 2 years ago i moved down south to Buckinghamshie. I tryed a local hairdresser (recommended by a friend) and was so dissatisfied i travelled back "up north" the next day for Rachel to recorrect it. (165 miles) Now i will travel up to Dronfiled with no hesitation as it is so worth it in a number of ways: 1) i never have have to fret about it turning out wrong! 2) My hair always turns out great. 3) The staff are friendly and take time to discuss what you require to be done without being rushed. (Always a good one) 4) Rume has had an update to its decor image (Love the massage chairs when you wash my hair by the way!!) 5) The prices are very reasonable. So im a fan,highly recommended by me,very happy and will NEVER go to another hairdressers again...And I mean that! See you next month Rume and Thankyou.
