Heritage Open Days - Heritage Ale Days at the Kelham Island Tavern
Dating back to the early 1800’s this pub was surrounded by workhouses and factories and known as the Sawmakers Arms. The pub survived the Great Sheffield Flood in 1864. Located in the Kelham Island Conservation Area, this is a Building of Historical Interest. Historical information about the pub will be on display, and heritage ales brewed at the Kelham Island Brewery and homecooked food will be available.
