Young Rangers - Session 3

Why not become a young ranger with the Darnall Green Spaces Team? This is the third session of a six sessions programme. Young Rangers is an out of school club for 8 to 13 year olds, every other Wednesday from the 2nd July - 10th September. Join the ranger for the six sessions for a wide range of activities including pond dipping, bug hunting, bird watching, environmental games, craft activities and much more. Booking is essential. You can book for all or just a single session.

What are RSS Feeds?

RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and stories in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.

How do I start using feeds?

In general, the first thing you need is something called a feed reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications. IE 7.0 has a good feed reader built in, otherwise try Feedreader.
