Teatime Books - National Year of Reading (NYR) event

The favourite read board can be added to throughout the festival (28 June to 12 July) during library opening hours

Come and chat about your favourite books over tea and cakes at Walkley Library. Part of the Walkley Festival.

To celebrate the Festival and the National Year of Reading we are inviting the people of Walkley to share their favourite books.
Come to our teatime event or add your titles to our Walkley's favourite read board.

This event is aimed at over 16s but everyone is welcome

What are RSS Feeds?

RSS feeds allow you to see when websites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and stories in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.

How do I start using feeds?

In general, the first thing you need is something called a feed reader. This is a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you read any new articles that have been added. There are many different versions, some of which are accessed using a browser, and some of which are downloadable applications. IE 7.0 has a good feed reader built in, otherwise try Feedreader.
