I have switched most of my utilities to Utility Warehouse and am simply waiting for contracts to expire so I can switch the rest! Vicky provides a fantastic personal service and the central back-up team is great too. Having been horribly over-charged by my previous supplier, Iʼve been told by UW "donʼt worry - itʼs our problem now". Hurray for real customer service!! My business is saving heaps of money due to my extra phone line and gone are the days of sitting in my home office waiting to make calls from the house phone which is being hogged by someone else.. If you havenʼt already switched - call Vicky and Teresa!

I have known Utility Warehouseʼs very own Vicky and Teresa for a year now. Since signing up which was a breeze, our home and office expenses have all been neatly centralised on one bill, meaning fewer bank charges AND, naturally, lower Gas, Electricity and Broadband service charges into the bargain. Absolutly fantastic! They even let me take a bottle of fizzy round to celebrate - couldnʼt meet lovelier Utility people! :-)

In a time where you need to make savings, this is a great way to do it. I have saved Hundreds of pounds by simply switching my Phones, Gas, Electricity and Internet to the Utility Warehouse. Nothing has changed, I just get billed monthly (all on one bill) and now have a fantastic customer service to deal with too, not some Asian call centre. Vicky & Teresa also go out of their way to help, not just to sign you up, but later on too. Thank you.
