After our elderly mother had a fall down the stairs in her home and broke her hip and following the fact that she had lost our father a few weeks previous to this we decided that we would sell her home and buy a self contained retirement flat for her close to the rest of the family. Following this we set upon finding a suitable solicitor’s to deal with the conveyancing. This was not an easy task as literally every friend or family member we spoke to for advice did not have a good word to say about any of them … I then spoke to a friend who had recently bought a house and had used Ormerods and they assured me that they had received nothing but a professional and friendly service and would definitely use them again should the need arise. I contacted the company and spoke to a lovely lady called Pamela Buckmaster. After explaining our concerns she assured us that she would deal with the sale and purchase of our mothers property and would keep us up-to-date with every stage. I am very pleased to report that she was true to her word. The sale went very smoothly and we only received a few minor setbacks with the purchase of our mothers flat which was due to her cat and the retirement village managements policy to animals. I found Ormerods both professional and efficient with an extra caring touch and would have no hesitation in recommending or instructing them again in the future.

We have dined at LaBarbe with business guests several times and have experienced exceptional quality of food and service. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing and we were made to feel at home. We could persuade ourselves that we were in one of those hidden treasures in South of France - but it was raining outside!

I eat here regularly and always get great food. The atmosphere is great, especially in winter with the big fireplace and the staff always friendly. Well worth a visit if youʼve not tried it before...

It is a great pleasure to have a cinema in Reigate, and we go out of our way to support it. It may be small but it has a very nice atmosphere, and very friendly staff. It is an asset to the town, and when we moved here a few years ago we were delighted it existed.

I BOOKED IN WITH BINDI TO HAVE THE HYDROTHERM MASSAGE TREATMENT NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT IʼVE EVER HAD A MASSAGE. IT WAS THE MOST RELAXED IʼVE BEEN IN A LONG TIME, I ALMOST FELL ASLEEP. THE TENSION FROM MY BODY SEEMED TO MELT AWAY AND I HAVENʼT STOPPED RAVING ABOUT IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS SINCE. IW OULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TREATMENT TO ANYONE OUT THERE WHO REALLY NEEDS TO UNWIND AND DE-STRESS. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS NICE AND CALMING AND I DIDNʼT WANT MY SESSION TO FINISH. this is a wonderful salon with warm and welcoming staff. It may be small but they offer a very wide range of services. You are made to feel very relaxed and comfortable. The member of staff I rate the highest is the beautician Andrea Sodkova. She is excellent at her job, and very highly skilled. It is a great pleasure to be treated at this salon.
