Terrible. They take money "to secure" a property, then let other potential tenants have it! Told that putting down a "holding deposit" would mean no one else was going to be allowed to apply for the property and that if all references ok, then it would be ours to rent. Instead told that references were fine, but that another person also gave them money after me and that they've gone with them instead. AVOID.
