Andrew, Cat and the rest of the team have been brilliant. We had a couple of setbacks on top of the pandemic and the team were very supportive throughout. They were even available throughout the whole of lockdown. I would definitely recommend Personal Agent when moving house.

My first tenant did not go well, but the team were there to guide me every step of the way.

I have used The Personal Agent to manage my property for years now. They are a really helpful team and always answer and resolve any queries you have. Very recently had a huge problem with a leak in my property, Katie was outstanding, especially during the pandemic we are still going through. She was so professional, sorting out tradesmen, keeping the Tennant and myself informed throughout. She was truly outstanding and a credit to her team.

We had an outstanding result from The Personal Agent when we sold our house recently. From the beginning their marketing was brilliant and when the sale unfortunately fell through, the effort they made to remarket it and attract new buyers was excellent. Their calmness and patience throughout the process were just what we needed during the stress of house selling/buying and special mention must go to Andrew Burn and Cat Mahoney who offered invaluable, professional advice and optimism from the start of the process to the finish. I don't think you could find better service anywhere.
