A tired hotel needing investment. Bedroom had peeling wallpaper on ceilings and walls. Dirty extractor fan in bathroom, missing tap covers. Looks like everything is from 1980s, it just looks worn-out. Most overpriced evening meal i have seen, all microwave specials. Only eaten here once in 2 weeks. Cooked breakfast is always cold no matter when you attend and served on cold plates (a pet hate). You have to share hp sauce bottles and mustard pots as only 2 available. 2 days running no coffee at breakfast as machine broken. Staff generally friendly and approachable.

I was fortunate enough to have had a very smooth move, particularly as I was overseas the whole process. The attention to detail and support was very very good. Paperwork involved in moving is stressful and Adam’s and Jones supported me every step of the way by allowing me to speak to them on the phone when necessary. This was a massive support. All staff were equally as supportive as each other, so to mention one name is not applicable in my experience. A great team.

Mark, Jordan and Tom are skilled craftsmen who take great pride in doing the best job possible. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their work ethic is amazing.

From the moment we stepped foot in this dealership we were greeted with such great warmth and kindness. Purchased a beautiful car from this dealership and we were looked after by Mr Kamyab who made the whole journey and experience as smooth and brilliant as possible. Showed us an array of different selections which fitted our criteria and expectations in what we were looking for. He kindly gave us the opportunity to test drive different cars to assist in narrowing it down to the perfect car we wanted which was more than helpful. When I first came to the dealership my intention was to just have a look at a few options but the services was too impeccable to not purchase my car from here. Would definitely recommend to others and will be bringing other families/friends with me here who are looking to buy a car!

First time visit and very impressed. Scary dinosaur park was impressive, wonderful collection of stunning animals, kiddies enjoyed the play parks and splash area. Plenty of loo's. Easy to walk around and with a buggy. Foody places plentiful and two placed with views of the bears and tiger! Staff happy and helpful.Visited on
