The Get Active Team held their second annual awards evening in November as a celebration of the contribution that so many wonderful people have made this year to the Get Active Programme.
They're known for their bold fundraising attempts and for pushing the boundaries of those supporting them, and Bolton Lads & Girls Club are doing once again with their 'Man Vs. Mountain' campaign, to raise funds which will allow disabled and disadvantaged children to enjoy their facilities.
Fancy That is well known as the home of cool costumes and fantastic fancy dress. It has dressed the likes of Peter Kay, Paddy McGuinness and Sammy Winward. And it has been the first stop for those looking to shine on a themed night-out. But what costume is complete without specialist stage make-up? Fancy That have got you covered (often, quite literally).
There's more to Christmas than the food, the parties and the presents. Bolton has a great range of events coming up to celebrate the festive period with a whole range of carol services, concerts, plays and pantomimes, as well as the great Winter Wonderland in the town centre.
