Cirencester Town Council are looking for volunteers to help with data collection over the next few weeks - Can you help?
The people of Cirencester will have the chance to show just how much they love their local parks, by getting out and celebrating national Love Parks Week - Saturday 27th July to Sunday 4th August.
Swimming outdoors is a great way to cool off during this spell of very welcome warm weather, and here in the Cotswold Water Park thousands of people have been heading to the famous inland beach at Cotswold Country Park and Beach to paddle, bathe and enjoy the water when the lifeguards are on duty.
Provided its homemade, home grown or foraged, bring it to ‘The Great Cotswold Food Swap’ and you can swap it!

For those looking for something unique for the home, Open Studios events are the chance to acquire art and craft direct from local makers.
From the 3rd to 9th June thebestof Cirencester will be celebrating all the great independent businesses we have locally and encouraging the people of our wonderful town to invest in its local economy.
On Monday 13th May. Mayor, Councillor Wendy Flynn was inaugurated at the new mayor at CheltenhamTown Hall, stepping into the shoes of her predecessor, Councillor Colin Hay. Councillor Simon Wheeler was also made Deputy Mayor at the same ceremony.
Cheltenham Borough Council’s Community Protection Team will be in Cheltenham parks next week giving advice and information to dog owners. They are also providing free micro-chipping for dogs.
The residents of Richmond Care Village Painswick were lucky enough to enjoy an up close and personal Birds of Prey Experience when the experts from “Walks with Hawks” visited on Monday 4th March.
Cheltenham Borough Council and Gloucestershire County Council are working closely together during Race Week to ensure that traffic moves smoothly in and around Cheltenham.
