Devon and Cornwall's Police and Crime Commissioner is continuing his fight to give victims of crime a greater voice. In line with one of the priorities set out in his police and crime plan, Tony Hogg has asked the Devon and Cornwall Divisional Manager of Victim Support, Georgie Constable, to help ensure that he can make a real difference.

A sophisticated camera is used to detect heat in order to measure the physiological activity, creating a map or thermal fingerprint of the infra-red patterns of the body.
