The Athena Network – the UK’s premier business networking organization for women, supporting professional business women in South Woodford, Chigwell, the London Borough of Redbridge, East London, Essex and the surrounding areas.

Rachel Daniel is the Athena Network Regional Director for the City and West Essex
Rachel is a business woman who loves networking and coaching, and works mainly with business professionals and small business owners. She particularly enjoys helping professional women with their business and career choices when they are either planning to start a family or return to work.
Rachel’s passion is for helping people get to where they want to be. She enables her clients to achieve unlimited success in the business or career they really want.
With a professional background in leadership, consulting and project management, Rachel has been helping business professionals to achieve more for both themselves and their teams for over 15 years.
General Information
Athena Business Networking meetings are held in Chigwell and South Woodford, Redbridge, once a month. There are definitely no bleary-eyed early mornings for the Athena Network, with meetings taking place over lunch, between 12 and 2pm. The Chigwell group meets every 4th Tuesday of the month at the King William IV Gastro Pub, High Road, Chigwell and the South Woodford group meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at HO HO Chinese Restaurant, High Road, South Woodford, Redbridge.
