Classy City Centre gym run by a former Commonwealth boxing champion (Paul Burke) who has model good looks and is therefore nearly as good looking as me( Ha, Ha ) Top facilities niceguy, perfect for anyone working in town before work, after work or in you lunch hour. Certainly recommedn this place to you.

ive never been one to visit gyms in the past so when my 40th birthday came in to view i thought its now or never.iam so glad i took the step and signed up at Paul Burkeʼs Physique @ preston you cant really go wrong taking instructions and advice from a previous British and Commonwealth Lightweight and Lightwelterweight boxing champion and guess what yeh he is human he has a fantastic wicked sense of humour and way of putting you at ease dont get me wrong he is no push over my darling wife and loving mother bought me some personal training vouchers for xmas last year its was the toughest present ive ever had but it was an experience to be repeated.with a bit of liuck theyll get me vouchers for a massage treatment this year the beauty salon opened up a few weeks ago what i like about this is everthing is under one roof the staff are approachable easy to talk to and can explain and help you with any of the treatments i can even do my xmas shopping here as one member pointed out get your wife and mum some xmas vouchers no queing and they can choose what treatment they want then again i might buy them some personal training with the master lets see how they gat on .

Customer care is brilliant. Friendly and professional staff, gave all the family (4 in total) really great haircuts. We were all really pleased with them. Would go again and would recommend them to everyone we know. My daughter tried a very different style and it looks fantastic!

Steve and I joined Paulʼs gym in May as we both work in Preston. As soon as we looked round we knew it would suit us. The location is great, Paul, Samantha and Denise are really friendly and helpful and the facilities are excellent. Nothing better than a good workout in the gym followed by a hot shower to break up the working day. There is something to suit everyone so what are you waiting for - get down there !
