What To Expect
Once you and Preston based Off-Plan Overseas Investments’ financial advisers have established that, firstly and foremost, Overseas Property Investment is the most suitable form of investment for your financial circumstances, and is affordable, a £2,000 reservation fee is required, which is fully refundable within 14 days. Between 30-60 days of placing your reservation fee, a 15% deposit is needed in order to secure your investment property.
The development will take, on average, three years to complete. Overseas investment properties in Southern Cyprus have, in recent years, accrued considerable value during this time – our financial advisors have regularly seen an increase of a massive 40-50% and would not propose any purchase without a high probability of achieving 50% within 5 years as a minimum !
On completion of the property, a further 5% is required, making a total deposit investment of 20% from your own funds. Only at this point do your mortgage payments start to incur you cost.
It is important to note that completion and handover do not take place until all site development is completed, facilities are completed, and contractors are off site and the management company is in place, making your property fully rentable or re-saleable.
