Julia has recently completed what turned out to be a rather tricky commercial mortgage for us. The lender was being real flaky and kept changing their mind what they needed with each different person we spoke to within their organisation. I really wouldnʼt have been surprised for Julia to have walked away from it, but she stuck it out. She not only negotiated fees of less than 50% of what the other lenders wanted, the interest rates were better as well. Althogether I cannot recommend Julia highly enough- excellent service, and a brilliant result. Thanks, youʼre a star :)

My fiance and I have just completed a residential sale in lancashire and Julia from U First Mortgages was our broker. She was exceptional. We were first time buyers who had done alot of research and had actually been warned off brokers because of the fees, but even with the (small) fee included, Julia saved us more than anyone else (banks, building societies and other brokers) and the service was a million times better. Julia should be called a mortgage counsellor, she was with us every step of the way and she did as much or as little as we needed.
