At Leyland Leisure Centre, both children adults of all ages and abilities are able to learn to swim through the Swim Life swimming lessons programme.
The Swim Life programme provides first class swimming tuition over a 10 week programme both after school and at weekends.
The swimming instruction is provided in classes and with courses designed to cater for all ages and abilities. The overall swimming syllabus is comprehensive and designed to enable a seamless progression between the different swimming capabilities.
All the swimming lessons within the programme are structured to ensure you improve water skills and confidence. The small class sizes make sure that your individual needs can be addressed. All swimming lessons are delivered by fully qualified swimming instructors who will help you to learn to swim over short distances to ensure continual assessment and development..
