At Cancer Help, we are solely dedicated to improving the quality of life of patients and their carers by making a positive contribution to their lives through provision of emotional, physical and social cancer support.
From our cancer centres in Preston and Garstang, we work with over 200 volunteers to give patients and carers the best possible support and attention. In 2005 alone, we gave over 5000 people in the Preston area care and support.

Cancer Help Preston is available for all individuals requiring support and care, irrespective of race, religious belief or ability to pay - the cancer care services are totally FREE of charge.
The relief that the charity offers to people ranges from specialist clinics and counselling care, to activities like woodcraft, textiles and glass engraving.
The charitable organisation has a membership open to anyone interested in the aims and objectives of Cancer Help. There are two forms of membership - Life Membership £100 and annual membership of £10.
Patients are given the chance to meet each other, make friends and share their experiences. Cancer Help works with a number of other charities and organisations to ensure the best possible advice, cancer care and support.
