This place is amazing. I never knew that an exercise workout could be so fast, fun and effective. The fact that it is Women only is a real plus - no sweaty men leering at me! The staff have all the qualifications to do this job professionally and boy do they make it fun whilst working us. My weight started dropping after just a couple of weeks and the inches lost have enabled me to drop 2 dress sizes. This is THE place for all us girls as there are all ages, sizes and fitness levels here. You should try it - its GREAT!

I contacted Jackie to have some cards made, as I wanted a particular type of design. Jackie was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The cards were made and delivered on time and the quality was brilliant. I will definately be ordering from Jackie again.

I have used Retired Trades Associates twice and have recommended them to friends and family. You ring the office number and they find a tradesman with the skill(s) you require. On both occassion, the gentlemen arrived at the time (and on the day!) agreed - which must earns bonus points for anyone who has to go out to work! Neither of them reverted to type - sucking teeth, inflating the scale of the problem - you know the drill, just got on with the job in hand. Even better, they were willing to explain what it was that had gone wrong and what they were doing. It was like having a capable dad - but without the atitiude! I have recommended this service to

Jackies was exceptionally helpful when I purchased my card making items. I am fairly new to making cards and she helped me with my purchases and advised me the best way to use them, giveing me some helpful tips. I will certainly visit her website and hopefully visit the shop in the not too distant future. The trip from Southampton will be well worth it.
