I have used Boby and Soul a few times, they are very gentle and considerate there is no rush to get you out it`s a very relaxed enviroment, I also use them for waxing and never have any problems.

Daisy Chain

Penycoed Riding Stables

We took our two girls for their first riding lesson to Penycoed Riding Stables, and they loved it, They had two assistants looking after each horse, and had a nice walk through the woods and even tried a bit of a canter which was, as they said the best bit. The stables seems very well run and is clean and tidy. We will definatley be going back.

Wonderful accommodation, best weʼve ever experienced in the UK, and Maureen is a wonderful hostess. The breakfasts were sublime, but more than that, every detail, to the heavy wine glasses to the quality bed linen, made us feel like royalty. Do go and when you do, stay in the red room... ahhhh

Elite Martial Arts

As an experienced martial arts instructor I was very pleased with the sessions on offer by Richard at Elite Martial Arts. The class is friendly and welcoming with just the right mix of discipline and fun. The session starts with quite an intense cardio work out, followed by high quality instruction in BJJ and Thai boxing, takedowns are wrestling and judo based practiced in a safe but energetic manner. If you are interested in trying martial arts for the first time, or if like me you have some experience, I would really urge you to visit the classes to see them in action.
