Charity fundraising event for MedEquip4Kids.

MedEquip4Kids Lancashire Loop Cycle Challenge 2008

Sunday 28th September 2008

The challenge is back for it's 4th year and is going to be bigger and better than ever!

You can take your pick from three different routes: 24miles, 54miles or 100miles, all cycling through the beautiful Lancashire countryside.

All three routes start and finish in Cockerham, near Lancaster, you will cycle through the Lune Valley, across the Bowland Fells and back through the Ribble Valley.

The Lancashire Loop is fully marshalled with refreshment stops en route. Please note the 26 mile route is flatter and therefore more suitable for families.

Participants pay £12 registration fee and must agree to raise a minimum of £35 sponsorship which goes to MedEquip4Kids. MedEquip4Kids is a children's charity which raises money to fund equipment for the children's wards and neo-natal units at hospitals across the North West, including Ormskirk General Hospital.
