What are HIPs or Home Information Packs?
Home Information Packs (HIPs) are designed to aid the buying and selling process and contain vital information about the property being sold.

The cost of preparing a HIP is determined by market forces, most of these costs already existed as nearly all of the HIP contents were required in the old selling process.
