an E.G.K.A. Dojo
Ormskirk Martial Arts Karate School is proud to present Sensei Sandra Brookfield as it's Senior Ormskirk Instructor.
Sandra has been training in Karate for over 14 years and graded to Nidan (2nd Degree Blackbelt) in 2005 at the E.G.K.A. (English Goju-Rju Karate Do Association) December blackbelt training.
Our E.G.K.A. Ormskirk Dojo opened in September 2004 and now has over 45 students.
We run Karate classes for children of all ages at the following times:
Infants Wednesday 4.15pm-5.30pm
& Saturday 9.30am-10.45am
Juniors Tuesday 5pm-6.15pm
& Saturday 10.45am-12noon
Please note that all our Black Belt Instructors are registered with Karate England and have had advanced CRB checks.
Ormskirk Martial Arts has it's own private Dojo (training Hall) which allows our students to train outside of scheduled class times, subject to availability.
At Ormskirk Martial Arts Karate School we aim to help young students to focus their energy on improvement in Karate. This can influence their everyday life, the discipline of martial arts can help to build a student's character, determination to succeed and encourages a respectful attitude.
We also provide Ladies Self Defence instruction in group or one to one sessions upon request.
Private Karate tuition available by appointment.
