Hallwood Farm of Petrockstowe, located near Hatherleigh, Okehampton and Great Torrington, is a 90 acre farm run by Richard and Ruth Kelsey, specialising in growing a wide range of seasonal veg and salads for distribution locally through their box scheme veg box, and rearing Heritage breed pigs,along with grass reared Jersey beef and Polled Dorset lamb, which can be delivered along with your veg box - so convenient, a local produce meat box and veg box scheme combined!
Flavour & Goodness
Richard and Ruth grow for flavour and goodness, not yield, colour or shape - when you you take delivery of your Okehampton area box scheme veg or meat box you are getting something rather special, it's what your taste buds crave and your body needs.
Veg boxes come in various sizes to suit, and each week include a recipe card relating to the seasonal produce in your veg box, you don't need to be in to receive your veg box, or you can collect your veg box from various convenient local pick up points.
