Tina believes that restaurants should hold at their core the beliefs that food mileage should be zero or very low, produce should be top quality, fresh and delicious, and that presentation should invoke pleasure in itself - fine dining at Percy's restaurant represents the epitome of these beliefs, in an elegant, informal setting, located close to Okehampton.
Percy's restaurant sources much of the produce that find's it's way to your table from it's own farm in the hotel and restaurant grounds, 130 acres of organic farm and woodland - home grown herbs, salads and vegetables, eggs (chicken, duck and goose), venison, pork, wild mushrooms and game all feature on the restaurants menu in their appropriate seasons.
Tina's husband Tony is responsible for the restaurants fine seafood menu, purchasing direct from the daily fish auctions at Looe to ensure clear eyed freshness - from the sea to your plate with minimum delay!
Special diets are easily catered for by Tina and her staff, gluten free and lactose free meals are designed to accommodate individual needs, as are meals for those with other allergies.
