Roundwood Bowls is set in beautiful Woodland grounds on the outskirts of Norwich, with 6 indoor bowling rinks, 4 outdoor rinks, bar, café / restaurant and free on-site parking.

Catering for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned members, Roundwood, in Taverham, near Norwich, provides the ideal bowling venue.

Beginners can try their hand in an informal environment with free initial coaching. Bowls and shoes are provided for these beginner bowling sessions so that you can see if it is right for you before you become a full member.

Membership itself costs only £45 a year (£25 for the over 80s) (Juniors £20) with a £5 admin fee for new members. Rink fee's are just £3.20

Bowls is a very sociable game and the refurbished bar provides the perfect place to socialise before and after a game.

Bring the whole family – there are special junior bowls for the kids – or come along on your own to meet new friends.

For those who want to participate on a more competitive level Roundwood Bowls enter two teams in the County Men's and Ladies leagues as well as national and county competitions

The timetable includes the whole range of bowling sessions including:

• Internal leagues  - these include open, mixed, ladies & men's.
• Friendly sessions – play with different people each week and chat over the half time tea break.
• Social sessions – bring friends to this informal bowling – food is available so you can make it an evening or afternoon out for friends, family - or work colleagues.
• Competitive bowls – for those who want to take bowling to another level.
• Junior sessions – for schools and for children’s activities in the school holidays.
