It has been the law since 1st January 2005 that almost any domestic electrical work including a new circuit, or any work in kitchens, bathrooms or garden areas must be inspected by your Local Authority Building Control

The work is certified by an ELECSA or equivalent Government body qualified electrician - like Kelly's Electrical. As ELECSA members we can supply you with a certificate, which you will need if you sell your Northwich home, and we will notify the Local Authority.
