It is a family run Hotel and Guest House. Roz & Ian Tinlin take suitable pride in "going the extra mile" to provide a welcoming stay for all guests - tourists, business trips, ramblers, and families.
The Haven is closed for winter as it undergoes a refurbishment, improving accommodation at the already 4 Diamond status guest house, with ensuite facilities for all rooms.
Many guests are repeat visitors, but there is some available accommodation from March 2008 onwards. Please contact Roz for availability.
The fresh home-cooked meals - breakfasts, snacks & dinners - are a particular attraction, and the guest house is licensed.

Roz & Ian also have a separate holiday cottage, The Old Stables Cottage, in the hamlet of Witton. Sleeping 4-6 and very well equipped, it is the ideal self-catering accommodation any time of the year.
