Zellweger would rather deal with photographers than security

Actress Renee Zellweger has claimed that she would rather deal with a scrum of photographers and journalists than be surrounded by security guards.
The Bridget Jones star has openly admitted that she dislikes the attention photographers and the rest of the media give to stars, especially their private lives.
And in a recent interview, she has said that she is even more shocked when this rubs off on members of the public.
Speaking to the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, she said: "I refuse to surround myself with tons of security. I know it makes it harder on me, but I refuse to live my life that way."
In the same interview, Renee, who is about to star in a film depicting the life of English author Beatrix Potter, claims to have encountered a wannabe photographer snapping rocker Bruce Springstein's children in a restaurant.
"When I asked her what gave her the right to do that," said Zellweger. "The woman just looked at me and said 'I'm only getting chin action on those kids. I need to get at a better angle'."
