Hotels heiress wants her name back

Nicky Hilton, heir to one of the biggest hotel chain empires on the planet, is filing a law suit against a man she says tried to cash in on her latest business venture.
The socialite claims she has been developing a chain of hotels known as Nicky O and asked hotel operations expert Eneliko Smith for help on the project.
But things tuned nasty between the pair when the sister of party girl Paris, discovered Mr Smith had allegedly filed an application with the US Patent and Trademark office for exclusive rights to use the name Nicky O.
According to entertainment website TMZ.com, Hilton is now seeking damages and to prevent Mr Smith from using the exclusive name.
Mr Smith argues that he originally created the concept for her and that she took the idea to another company.
