Busty blonde Pamela Anderson has teamed up with haircare company BedHead to encourage hairdressers and consumers to buy more ethical products.

BedHead is using the ex-Baywatch star to launch its new range of shampoos, conditioners and styling creams which have not been tested on animals.

Pammy, who has long been campaigning for animal rights and fair trade, says she is delighted by the deal which she described as her "first wedding present".

She said: "I got the call that it is confirmed. I'm absolutely doing a whole line of hair care for people and animals.

"Only tested on humans, of course. Hair care and body care including hot rollers, and sunscreens. It will all be out soon."

But according to the mother of two, the products are not just for people.

BedHead has also included a gentle range of shampoos which animal lovers can pamper their pets with.

Anderson was also in the headlines earlier this week after tying the knot with Kid Rock

The pair exchanged vows aboard a yacht in Saint Tropez in front celebrity guests including Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich and Elton John's partner David Furnish.
