Budding florists got to walk off with a bargain or two, as the Tatton Flower Shower came to a close.
The four-day event in Cheshire saw people from across the area coming to admire some weird and wonderful plants.
And as the final day came to an end many of the displays were sold off, giving the green-fingered visitors a chance to take home a few surprising additions to their gardens.
Some of the displays which were sold off included Into Africa, which featured an array of plants from the continent, the China Garden, inspired by a tea set, and the Garden for Cat Lovers and their Cats, which included feline furniture.
The show also featured a host of awards for design including show gardens, floral designs and flower beds.
St Helens Council in partnership with St Helens College managed to win gold for the second year running with their flower bed which included a secret message revealed via an optical illusion.
Kris Hulewicz, show manager at Tatton, said: "St Helens returned to the show with an original arrangement that enhances the reputation of the civic parks and gardens in its area and helps boost local pride."
Mr Hulewicz said that he couldn't wait to see what the young florists of St Helens would come up with for next year's show.
