Over 450 people turned out to see a grand display of flowers at Hardwicke Church in Gloucester.
The event enabled amateur florists to try their hands at producing work to go on display and it ran from Saturday July 15th to Monday July 17th.
The florists show is usually held every year but this year saw a surprise turn out of more people than expected.
The Rev Andrew James said that the event brought the community together.
Talking to this is Gloucestershire, he said: "They were all amateur flower arrangers and people from a wide section of the community gave their time and efforts."
"We had a lot of displays which interpreted the east window of the church, which depicts the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and the life of the church," he said.
Refreshments were served all day and there were also covered shelters for people to relax and enjoy the displays from.
People were still turning up on Monday despite the rain, Father James said: "It threw it down on Friday as we were setting up and then on Monday evening as we were packing everything away."
All the money from the event is to go to the St Nicholas Church Fund. For more information on florists in your local area click here.
