Client tracking software helps estate agents maximise potential

A new customer relationship management (CRM) product has been launched to help estate agents track customer leads and improve their business potential.
According to Colm Mulcahy, chief executive of Enterprise CRM, estate agents are often so busy that they miss out on new business opportunities due to a lack of accurate client tracking.
But he hopes this problem can be solved with new tracking software designed by Enterprise CRM specifically for the estate agency market.
Property CRM is an on-demand property sales application that maintains a central database of all properties, leads and prospects rather than being dispersed in individual spreadsheets or on salespeople's' laptops.
Outlining the benefits of the new software, Mr Mulcahy commented: "The ability to automatically match properties and prospects takes a lot of the hard work out of the estate agency business and delivers major new sales potential at minimal input.
"A big challenge for estate agents of all sizes is managing the lifecycle of disposals of a property. To fully exploit their business they need to keep track of, and easily access, prospect details so that when a property is sold valuable leads and interests are captured for future contact."
Property CRM requires no investment in hardware, software, or maintenance, as it is a hosted service provided on Enterprise CRM's AppExchange platform. All it requires is an Internet browser, so it can be accessed remotely from any location, for example, to show a customer alternative properties on a laptop computer.
