Sixteen new industrial units designed specifically for small businesses are now under construction in Plymouth.
The bases at Sisna Park in Estover are aimed at small manufacturers and warehousing operations.
The two-phase plan, composed of two terraces with eight units each, starts with sizes of 2,000 square foot, and each has parking and loading facilities.
Mark Slade, from Stratton Creber Commercial, said: "The units provide a quality product that will be of interest to owner-occupiers and investors.
"There has been strong interest in the site with a number of the units under offer off-plan."
The first phase will be available for occupation from early October.
