Two British technology firms have formed a strategic alliance to offer world-class and bespoke business support and networking to Welsh companies and beyond.
Bangor and Cardiff-based Draig Technology, a software development company, have joined forces with the UK's IT support specialists, Parity.
Richard Sheppard, managing director of Draig, said: "We are delighted to have formed this strategic partnership with Parity who are proven business solutions providers.
"With the combination of Parity's impressive track record in business solutions and our reputation of being Wales' leading software house I'm sure the partnership will be a fruitful one."
While Draig has entered the partnership as a way to ensure the Welsh IT sector is kept at the forefront of business technology, it has also opened itself up to a whole new marketplace through Parity's international reputation.
Parity's chief executive officer Alwyn Welsh noted that the collaboration is part of the IT company's strategic plan to work with industry-leading firms and hoped to ensure the link-up was a successful one.
Draig will be showcasing its new software at the National Eisteddfod of Wales and will be consulting with customers there about what kind of business support and networking they'd like to see arise from two firms.
