New yoga video teaches meditation for builders

A comedian has launched a new yoga video which is aimed at getting builders doing the lotus position and meditating at the end of a busy day at the site.
London-born Ailon Free, who poses as character Trev the builder, insists that the ancient art of yoga can help you "make more cash, impress the birds, improve your footie skills and keep the wife off your back".
His step-by-step guide follows Trev at the pub, in his van, at a football match and with his "missus", while simultaneously performing eight poses adapted for just these sorts of situations.
Mr Free, who used to be a real yoga teacher before turning to comedy, said: "Why shouldn't chain-smoking alcoholics also do a bit of yoga?."
The film, named Yoga 4 Fellas with Trev the Yogic Builder: the only yoga teacher who can drink ten pints, is set to hit the shelves for the Christmas rush.
Those who buy a copy can even get tips on achieving the perfect builders bum and learn how to meditate on a noisy building site.
