Builders bum banished by bosses

A building supply firm is offering builders fresh fruit and water in a bid to help them beat the bulge, reports have claimed.
The healthier food is being handed out by A&E Russell at its new depot in Edinburgh.
Instead of the traditional burgers and sausages that generations of builders have often lived off, the company is now trying to get apples, bananas and oranges into the builder's diet.
And A&E hopes that by encouraging its builders to eat healthily, it will help them feel fitter and be more productive.
Edinburgh depot manager Kevin McLuckie told the Edinburgh Evening News: "We are on a mission to banish the traditional builders' bum and belly and therefore we decided to take the healthier option by providing free fruit and mineral water.
"I feel most would actually prefer this to greasy spoon food."
However, it remains to be seen how many builders will adopt the healthier lifestyle and how many will use the free fruit to supplement their greasy spoon lunch.
Whether munching an apple or tucking into a sausage, there are plenty of builders around your area who can help you with any structural issue.
