The practice offers daytime and evening osteopathy, a new sports injury and sports massage clinic and also morning and evening Pilates classes. Owned and run by osteopath Sophie Jones, this Abingdon area clinic also has free parking.
I went in for a consultation after developing lower back muscular problems. Sophie was excellent, taking me through various exercises to help prevent future recurrences. Definitely recommended.

The Dil Raj Restaurant is a popular Indian restaurant in the heart of Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The restaurant serves a fantastic range of dishes which are made with the finest ingredients for an authentic taste of Asia.
An excellent meal on Saturday night. The fishcakes were spicy but the spices did not overpower the fish. The lamb gosht was succulent and tender, falling apart as you ate it and had obviously been well marinaded. The chicken tikka was well spiced and not dry as many can be. Warm comfortable atmosphere; excellent service.
