Hi

Offer applies to tonight's show only - Thursday 29th. Treason is Brighton's legendary satirical comedy show now in it's record breaking 15th year. Call 01273 725230 to book 2 tickets for the price of 1. Mention 'BESTOF241' to get the discount, subject to availability.
There’s a free Family Archaeology Day at Brighton Museum on Saturday (10-4pm). You’ll be able to handle recently excavated items and take part in a mock dig, giving you the chance to learn some archeological skills. More info on https://rpmcollections.wordpress.com/2015/01/12/whitehawk-wonders-family-archaeology-day/
Sidewinder in St James’s Street is celebrating its birthday on Saturday night with a party which will remind you what it’s like to be six years old. That means silly hats, a magician, cake and more. It’s not all childish though as there’s live music and a DJ. Entry is free so you won’t have to raid your piggy bank. The fun carries on till 2am (much later than your mum would have let you stay up on your birthday).
It’s Seedy Sunday at the Corn Exchange at the Dome on Sunday (Feb 1) where you can swap the seeds you’re bored with for something new and different. There will be more than 60 community stalls, speakers including Christine Walkden from the telly, cooking demonstrations, and kids’ activities to keep little ones amused. Tickets are £3 (£2 concessions). http://www.seedysunday.org/
Voting for the Local and Loved Awards 2015 ceases on Friday 30th midnight with the national and local winners announced next week. See the contenders here: http://www.thebestof.co.uk/loveometer
Finally, the wonderfully revamped Open Market has a vintage and antiques market on the first and third Sunday of every month. If you haven’t been there yet, check it out this Sunday from 10.30am-4pm. You’ll find a wide variety of vintage, collectables and antiques, with furniture, clothes and homeware on offer. Find out more on www.bvam.co.uk.
