Abingdon Christmas Extravaganza 2014 – Running Order
A full day of street entertainment around the centre of Abingdon-on-Thames, culminating in the switching on of the lights at 17.30 followed by fireworks. One of the largest events of the year in Abingdon, so do come and join in! There is also FREE PARKING for the day in all car parks.

The Plough Inn at Appleton, just outside Abingdon, offers all the very best in a traditional village pub - hearty home-cooked food, excellent ales and a friendly local atmosphere.
We have been spending the winter in the UK from France where we live most of our time. We had a Groupon coupon from our daughter and were delighted with the welcome and the food at The Plough. More people should do it!!
