I’m running a 6 week course of guided meditation at New Dawn yoga studio in Cranleigh starting Friday 12th September.
Guided meditation rejuvenates your body, relaxes your mind and can also:

Week 3: 26/09/14 Rotation of awareness. Get in touch and feel into every part of your body.
Week 4: 03/10/14 The Breath that links your body and mind. Discover how the breath can take you on a journey far beyond your imagination.
Week 5: 10/01/14 Visualisation. Explore the power of your mind and notice how past conditioning may be a barrier to your success in life.

Indelible Design
This dynamic creative agency is the coming-together of a number of designers in the Guildford and Farnham areas. Offering a wide variety of design services on as large or small a scale as your business requires, Indelible Design is a trusted brand, working with many high profile clients as well as small local businesses.
Despite a pretty sketchy brief on my part, Elroy quickly understood our requirements and came up with four or five design ideas, of which we picked our favourite. The initial version of the website came soon after, followed by the usual tweaks and amends, always undertaken by Elroy with patience and good grace, until we arrived at the final version. I can heartily recommend Indelible Design, Elroy is technically adept, has good design ideas and, it seems to me, is very good value for money.
