During the recent sale of our house, cracks were discovered in the brickwork above the kitchen window and French window. Following a recommendation by the estate agents acting for us, we contacted a local building firm, Aslan Construction and Development Ltd., for an appraisal and quotation,
The response was both quick and reassuring, with Barry Eighteen calling round the following day and giving careful and considered advice about the work required.
We received and accepted his very reasonable quotation on the same day. Work began the following week and was completed very satisfactorily in a little over two days.
It entailed removing the faulty brickwork, inserting steel lintels, replacing the bricks and making good. The work was carried out with great care and to a very high standard, with no disruption to the inside of the house, and the working area was left clean and tidy on completion.
This builder is very professional and highly recommended. We would be very pleased to supply pictures taken during the project, on request.
