	Hi Be friends with the outdoors over the next week in Haverhill. The weather is very warm, so be sure to wear a hat and use sun screen. You can take part in bush craft activities and adventures that will keep the entire family entertained. There’s a great day out for all the family at Clare Social Club Beer Festival from 12 o'clock this Saturday afternoon. The event includes Real Ale and Pimms (for over 18s), Tea and Coffee, homemade cakes, a raffle, a bouncy castle, live music and a BBQ. Go along to a great evening of song with The Ashton Singers, a local choir who will be performing the songs from Gilbert & Sullivan’s “HMS Pinafore”. An enjoyable event for all who attend the concert, which takes place this Saturday at Ickworth Church from 6pm. On Sunday from 10.30am, there’s a full on day of bush craft activities for all the family at Gardeners Cottage, Nowton Park, which include fire lighting, shelter building, wild food and finding water. This event is suitable for adults and children over 10 years old and children must be accompanied. You are encouraged to wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear too. The Big Day Out is a mega event at The Recreation Ground Haverhill for young people and their families with free activities including workshops, advice and information. The event is also welcoming back the Extreme Adventure Zone, Kiddies Inatable World plus new attractions, trampolines, minilympics and table football.
