Newmarket Chef/Proprietor Paul Lange insists that all pub food in our restaurant is freshly prepared and, where possible, uses local Newmarket produce. Daily specials, home-made desserts, and Paul’s Sunday pub lunches, in particular, are hugely popular.

With a restaurant cellar diverse enough to satisfy even the most enthusiastic wine drinkers, you are sure to find something you like. Our pub restaurant has two wine lists including everything from Rose and Champagne to dessert wines - all available by the glass.
The restaurant bar always stocks a range of real ales as well as a guest ale, which is changed after every barrel.
