Life Coaching
You would give me an idea about yourself and your current situation, including your feelings and thoughts. I then offer you practical advice, guidance and tailor made practical tasks to enable you into a more positive position permanently. The techniques I use you will be encouraged to use and adapt in the future without needing to contact me. These consultations are usually part of a series of sessions though we will decide together, on the most supportive time scales that are appropriate to you.
Sex & Relationship Coaching
Having worked with teenage and adult clients internationally for over 12 years, I'll be working with individuals, couples or small groups to help you improve your general and sexual well being. As I'm CRB checked for all of my work, this allows me to work in schools and colleges with groups of young people giving them the facts about sex and sexuality, bullying, aspirations and overcoming adversity.
Listening Friend" Coaching
Many clients would like a "chat" of a non esoteric or Life coaching nature. As a result of this request I've been offering my clients sessions just to talk things over.
This falls under my services as a Life Coach but with out the task. I am not a qualified Counsellor so I will not be counselling you or using Counselling or psychotherapy techniques, rather taking on the role of that impartial friend, that we all need occasionally to air our thoughts, bounce ideas off of all within the security of knowing it all in complete confidence. As an adult educator and international consultant for over a decade, there are very few situations that I cannot assit you with
