What is a Home Information Pack or HIPS?
A Home Information Pack is the compilation of all the documents you are required by law to sell your property. This will include local searches, land registary, title deeds, warranties, land charges, sale statements, fixtures and fittings forms, any leasehold or freehold documents. Also it is mandatory to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
